When you submit an application we collect your name, age, state, mobile phone number, optional email address, your answers about licensing and experience, anything you type into the notes field, and basic referral information such as a recruiter code or campaign tag from the link you used.
We use your information only to contact you about joining Next Level Ent, to schedule your interview call, and to keep track of where you are in our hiring process. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
By checking the consent box on the application you agree to be contacted by call, text, or email about career opportunities. Consent is not a condition of anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us to be removed.
Interview calls are booked through Calendly. When you pick a time, the name, email, and phone number you gave us are passed to Calendly so you don't have to type them again, and Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that booking.
Applications are stored in a private, access-controlled database. Only authorized Next Level Ent team members who are signed in can view them.
You can ask us to correct or delete your application at any time by emailing nextlvl1@gmail.com.
